Masq’D Works (“Masq’D,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses personal information as necessary to operate this shop, fulfill orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and send marketing email when you affirmatively choose to subscribe.

Information we may collect includes your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number when provided, order history, product selections, correspondence, newsletter preferences, IP address, device and browser information, cookies, and storefront activity.

We use this information to:

- Process, fulfill, and ship orders

- Send order confirmations, tracking, and customer-service communications

- Prevent fraud and protect the security of the shop

- Maintain tax, accounting, and legally required business records

- Understand and improve the storefront

- Send marketing email only when you have subscribed

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Masq’D does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

We share information only as reasonably necessary with services that operate the shop and fulfill orders, including Big Cartel, Stripe, PayPal, Pirate Ship, USPS or another selected carrier, Mailchimp, and hosting, security, or analytics providers used by the storefront. These companies process information under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our customers, business, or legal rights. Masq’D does not sell or rent personal information.

The storefront and its service providers may use cookies or similar technology for essential functions, analytics, fraud prevention, and email features. The storefront does not currently respond to legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no uniform industry standard. Third-party services may collect information over time according to their own policies, and your browser may allow you to restrict cookies.

Marketing email is sent only to people who opt in. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every Mailchimp marketing message. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary transactional messages about an order.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information controlled by Masq’D. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records required for completed transactions, fraud prevention, taxes, accounting, or other legal obligations.

This storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy as our practices or services change. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
