By accessing this storefront or placing an order, you agree to the product information, prices, processing times, and policies displayed at the time of purchase.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.

Masq’D may cancel and fully refund an order affected by a pricing error, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, an inability to complete the requested work, or another circumstance that makes fulfillment impractical.

Masq’D products are handmade from natural leather. Variations in leather grain, tooling, dimensions, color, shape, and finish are expected, and no two pieces will be exactly alike. Product photographs are representative, and colors may appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, options, processing times, and care information before ordering. Requests outside the options offered for a Domino mask or another customizable product must be discussed and approved before ordering. Approved changes may affect the price and production time.

Masq’D masks are decorative costume and fashion accessories. They are not personal protective equipment, medical devices, impact protection, or respiratory protection. Ensure that vision and breathing remain unobstructed while wearing them. Products may contain leather, dyes, finishes, metal hardware, or small components; customers with sensitivities should contact us before ordering. Keep small components away from young children.

All product designs, photographs, illustrations, graphics, writing, logos, and Masq’D branding remain the intellectual property of their respective owner and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masq’D is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from improper product use or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.
