Shipping and delivery

Masq’D Works currently ships within the United States only. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.

Estimated processing times:

- Ready-to-ship items: 3–5 business days

- Domino masks: built to order in 1–2 weeks

- Woodland Circlet: made to order in 1–2 weeks

- Greenling mask: made to order in 2–3 weeks

Processing time is the time required to prepare or create your order; carrier transit time is additional. Production begins after payment and any required choices or details have been confirmed. Orders containing products with different processing times will normally ship together when the entire order is ready.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If Masq’D cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will provide a revised date and give you the choice to continue waiting or cancel the delayed item for a full refund.

Please verify your shipping address before ordering and contact us immediately if it needs to be corrected. Address changes may not be possible after shipment. Additional postage may be required if a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.

If an order arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us promptly at masqdworks@gmail.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the problem.
