Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. Eligible ready-to-ship products may be returned if you contact us within 14 days of delivery and mail the return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

The following products are final sale when they arrive as ordered:

- Made-to-order, built-to-order, personalized, or customized products

- Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons

These restrictions do not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from its description, or different from what was ordered.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return resulted from our error or the product arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless Masq’D made an error. We strongly recommend using a trackable return method.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. We do not offer direct exchanges; return an eligible product and place a new order instead.

Ready-to-ship orders may be cancelled before shipment. Made-to-order, built-to-order, and custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun. Once materials and labor have been committed to an order, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Every Masq’D product is handmade from natural leather. Small variations in grain, tooling, color, shape, and finish are part of each piece’s character and are not defects. Screen settings may also affect how colors appear.

To request a return, cancellation, or help with an incorrect or damaged order, email masqdworks@gmail.com with your order number and, when relevant, photographs of the issue.
